Expect to be challenged. The second interview can often seem more intense than the first round. This is partly because you feel closer to work and therefore the stakes are high, but also because the interviewer will try to challenge you, maybe put pressure on you to see how you handle it. This is often the last question and gives you the opportunity to summarize much of what you have prepared. It`s about showing enthusiasm and showing why you`re the person you can`t miss. This is not a trick question. You should feel comfortable highlighting areas that you think could be improved. It could be the website, a store layout, or even technology that can improve productivity. Avoid being too critical, but show that you can come up with ideas to solve the problems you`ve solved. You may have already been asked why you want the work in the first phase, but this time they are really looking at your motivation. It is also an opportunity to show that you are invested in the role, the company and its future.
