How does the interview work? During a first-round interview, candidates meet in person with a lawyer from our firm. Candidates selected for a second-round interview meet with two lead lawyers and one junior lawyer. Candidates recommended for a third round interview then meet with the Director of Legal Recruitment. Finally, if recommended, a candidate meets with a senior executive for a fourth and final roundtable. How are junior lawyers assigned to departments? Throughout the interview process, candidates are asked which departments are of most interest to them to ensure that the agency has a vacancy in one of the preferences of the candidate`s first division. Candidates are encouraged to read our department descriptions, ask questions during the interview process, and contact the Lawyer Ambassadors to learn more about the departments they are most interested in. Once a candidate accepts an offer, they will be asked to confirm their preferences for the top four divisions.
