Intensive use of computers and the Internet is necessary. This course is an elective course in the paralegal curriculum and is designed to prepare students to work in an immigration law environment. Students will learn about the Department of Justice, the Department of Labor, and the Department of Foreign Affairs, and how these agencies administer immigration and naturalization laws. 1.
