The simplest solution is not to hesitate to move women into leadership positions and give them the same support that benefits our male colleagues. At this rate, I have no doubt that we will see more women in leadership positions in the legal industry. From a legal point of view, a thorough knowledge of commercial, civil and procedural law is an essential prerequisite.
