Annual Reports The Board`s determination of legal fees does not preclude lawyers from entering into written agreements with their clients on court fees. The annual report (report) of the Board of Directors describes the year`s performance against the Board`s strategic direction and annual budget as well as trends. The report is an important tool to inform key stakeholders – lawyers, consumers, board members, stakeholders and other government agencies – about our successes, challenges and plans.
